  • Basic Cognition of Public Data Open and Thoughts on Its Mode Construction

    [Purpose/significance]Public data contains great potential value.Opening public data to the society,promoting the development and utilization of public data and realizing the value of public data will help to add intelligence and energy into the development of digital economy and digital China.[Method/process]Using the methods of policy analysis and literature analysis.This paper has an overall understanding of public data and public data open （PDO）,and deeply considers the conceptual framework of PDO mode,which provides a theoretical reference for the development of PDO in China.[Result/conclusion]The research found that,firstly,public data has the attributes of publicity,multi-source heterogeneity and high added value.Secondly,the purpose of PDO includes building a transparent government and improving social governance;stimulating social innovation and developing digital economy;optimizing public services and meeting public needs; promoting discipline development and scientific progress.Thirdly,the conceptual framework of PDO mode can be constructed from five aspects:infrastructure construction, public data resource integration, open public data selection,public data open and utilization, and public data security protection.

    [Purpose/significance]With the increasing interaction of Internet users,knowledge exchange in acade-mic virtual communities plays an important auxiliary role in enriching scholars' professional knowledge and optimizing the academic exchange ecology.Therefore,how to effectively measure the efficiency of knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities is of obvious significance to the development and improvement of existing academic virtual communities.[Method/process]This paper proposes an effective keyword expansion scheme using recommendation model.The measurement method proposed in this paper uses academic literature keywords as input indicators,views,replies and recommendations as output indicators, and combined with various analysis means including entropy weight method and academic virtual community section comparison,makes a complete analysis,research and comparison on the effectiveness of keyword input indicators and the knowledge exchange efficiency of different academic virtual community sections.[Result/conclusion]Expanded academic literature keywords can better reflect the knowledge exchange of academic virtual community.Meanwhile,the efficiency of knowledge exchange in different sections of academic virtual community is still different,and there are great differences in the efficiency of knowledge exchange between community posts in some sections.These results can provide strategic support for the development and improvement of academic virtual community,such as the improvement of knowledge exchange efficiency, forum optimization and user retention.

    [Purpose/significance]The comprehensive and accurate visual disclosure and comparative analysis of domestic and foreign knowledge service research will help to further improve the basic theoretical framework in this field,so as to better provide suggestions and help for the research and practice of knowledge service in the new era.[Method/process]On the basis of combing the important branches and main links of the domestic and foreign knowledge service research system,the historical evolution of knowledge service research topics at home and abroad is showed.Then，this paper literature on "Knowledge Services" from the WOS database and CNKI database from 2000 to 2021 was selected,and keywords co-occurrence network was extracted.And the new SLM algorithm is used to detect the thematic community,and the distribution of the research is organized.At the same time,the Social Network Analysis method is embedded to quantitatively evaluate the maturity and internal and external relevance of the thematic community.[Result/conclusion]Foreign knowledge services research has formed three types of themed communities:Knowledge application communities,Knowledge framework communities and Management communities.While domestic knowledge services research has formed five thematic communities:Service communities,Library communities,Publishing communities,Knowledge Management communities and Discipline communities.At present,still some problems in the research of knowledge service at home and abroad,such as the research topics are too concentrated and need to be developed and extended;the Theme Evolution context is intermittent,and there is an urgent need for sharing and interconnection;emerging themes are difficult to highlight and need cross integration.

    [Purpose/significance]Public health emergencies are currently an important area of concern for scholars and the public.Research on the influencing factors of public opinion communication under public health emergencies is of great significance to the improvement of public opinion prevention and control ability.[Method/process]Using web crawler technology to crawl user's comments on Weibo such as " lack of daily necessities in Shanghai ".Adopting WSR methodology and grounded theory as research methods.The influencing factor model is constructed through the stages of open coding, spindle coding, and selective coding.Management methods are suggested for the three dimensions of "Wuli-Shili-Renli".[Result/conclusion]Firstly,from Wuli perspective,We advise on material supply and rumor control.The purpose is to help people correctly understand public opinion events. Secondly,from Shili perspective,We suppose to strengthen the public opinion response mechanism.Finally,from Renli perspective,We suppose to strengthen collaborate among the government,the masses and the media to improve user's comment behavior.

    [Purpose/significance]By sorting out 71 current personal privacy laws and regulations in China,this paper provides references for improving personal privacy protection.[Method/process]This paper uses text analysis method to summarize the overall characteristics and protection content of Chinese personal privacy protection laws and regulations,and propose corresponding optimization strategies.[Result/conclusion]The current laws and regulations of personal privacy protection paths in China from the seven dimensions, including information processing,risk assessment,joint supervision,entrusted cooperation,safety education, liability punishment, emergency plan,points out the defects of personal privacy protection in current laws and regulations in China,and puts forward four optimization strategies:to establish and improve the legal and regulatory system for personal privacy protection,to properly implement personal privacy protection and personal information protection,to improve the technical rules of personal privacy protection,to clarify the torts and the principles of information disclosure.

    [Purpose/significance]The construction of sustainable development pilot zones aims to compre-hensively improve the sustainable development capacity of the experimental zones and explore the mechanism and mode of coordinated development of economy,society,resources and environment in different types of areas.This paper analyzed and summarized the status quo and characteristic features of sustainable development pilot zones,which would provide reference value for the classified guidance and unique development of other experimental zones in china.[Method/process]Firstly,take the construction of sustainable developement pilot zones in Hunan as an example,construct taking a comprehensive evaluation index system composed of 4 primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators.Then,by IBM SPSS statistics statistical software,make statistics according to the collected index data from the perspectives of innovation drive,economic development,people's livelihood improvement,resource and environmental protection and their interaction.Finally,adopt the cluster analysis method to construct univariate and multivariate cluster analysis of 39 sustainable development pilot zones in Hunan,which would present the development status of sustainable development polot zones in Hunan from multiple perspectives.[Result/conclusion]Sustainable development pilot zones in Hunan presented the pattern of classified development,and developed rapidly owning distinctive features in superior field.According to the existing problems and limitations,made some suggestions in promoting the systematic layout,strengthening the characteristic development,increasing the scientific and technological input and building the collaborative mechanism in the future,which would promote high-quality development of sustainable development pilot zones.
  • Research on Image Perception of Red Tourist Destinations Based on Aspect-based Sentiment Analysis

    [Purpose/significance]The popularity of the Internet provides convenience for users to express their opinions on the OTA platforms,and accurately mining of user comments is beneficial to understand the perception image of tourists of tourist destinations.[Method/process]The red tourist reviews on OTA platforms such as Tongcheng Travel were used as the data source,combined with aspect-level sentiment analysis and word frequency analysis to analyze the red tourist reviews of A province in our country.[Result/conclusion]The analysis results showed that:on the whole,tourists have a positive emotional attitude towards the red tourist attractions in the province,and the corresponding aspects include scenic tour guides,services,and scenery; the negative emotional attitudes mainly include ticket prices,scenic spot management,and traffic flow.At the same time,in order to further enhance the positive emotional attitude of tourists and optimize the image of the scenic spot,suggestions for improvement are put forward for the deficiencies of the red tourist attractions in the province.
  • American Think Tanks' Perception of the "Green Silk Road" Initiative and China's Countermeasures

    [Purpose/significance]The purpose of this study is to investigate the cognition of American think tanks regarding the "Green Silk Road（GSR）",which would make major significance in China when considering and judging the public opinion concerns and policy trends of the United States regarding the GSR and formulating appropriate countermeasures.[Method/process]11 representative sample literatures have been selected for analysis based on the results of research conducted by six mainstream think tanks in the US.[Result/conclusion]As demonstrated by the study,the insights of American think tanks regarding the GSR are primarily negative.As a result of these perceptions,the formulation and implementation of American.foreign policies,public perceptions of China,and the understanding of the initiative by allies and other countries will be adversely affected,which will adversely affect the smooth advancement of the GSR.China should rationally consider the negative perceptions of American think tanks,establish a discourse system of the GSR, strengthen communication and dealogues with the U.S.deepen cooperation with countries along the way,and ultimately promote the high-quality development of the GSR.
